Due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size selection
Preference changes
Accidental orders
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.
Print on demand items
Most Homeschool Mom Baddie merchandise is made to order through print-on-demand partners. Because items are custom produced once an order is placed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will replace items only if they arrive:
Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Incorrect (wrong item sent)
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description of the problem
Approved replacements will be issued at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided.

Shipping Issues

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as production begins shortly after checkout.
